anytime... i'm just going by what we do at my shop but must specialized dealers will try to figure out the promlem or send it to the company... somtimes they just replace the parts with their new stuff tooSmile

Don't get me wrong i loved it at first, but the more i rode it, and the more i rode other all mountain bikes, then i started to realize just how bad the suspension is. I don't know if you've seen the pics in my profile but i did alot on the bike.
